In this paper,the training programs for postgraduates of electronic science and technology in many top universities at home and abroad were compared.The paper focused on on analyzing the training objectives,research directions,training methods,curriculum system and other aspects of training program,and discussed the improvement of the training programs for Postgraduates of Electronic Science and Technology specialty.
