翻转课堂在航空装备实践教学中的探索

Exploration of Flipped Classroom in Aviation Equipment Practical Teaching

实践教学是培养和提高学员综合能力与素质的重要途径,是院校教育不可或缺的重要环节。翻转课堂成为当前教育改革的新趋势,为教与学的进一步发展提供了新的思路。文章系统地介绍了翻转课堂的特征和研究现状;分析了航空装备实践教学的现状;根据航空装备实践教学的特点,采用"课前-课中-评价"的教学模式,提出实施要点,为进一步提高实践教学的效率,进而提高育人质量进行了探索与尝试。

Practical teaching is an important way to cultivate and improve students’ comprehensive ability and quality,and an indispensable part of college education.Flipped classroom has become a new trend of current education reform,which provides a new way of thinking for the further development of teaching and learning.This paper systematically introduces the characteristics and research status of flipped classroom,analyses the current situation of practical teaching of aviation equipment,adopts the teaching mode of "pre-class,in-class,evaluation" according to the characteristics of practical teaching of aviation equipment,puts forward the key points of implementation,and puts forward the key points of implementation,so as to further improve the efficiency of practical teaching and further improve the quality of education.
