摘要
目的:研究案例教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在传染病学教学中的应用。方法:120名医学生分别采用CBL法和传统教学法,比较两组的教学质量。结果:CBL观察组反映教学效果好,理论以及临床能力均优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL法有助于提高教学质量。
Objective:To study the application of Case-Based Learning(CBL) teaching method in Clinical Practice of Lemology.Methods:120 medical students were divide into two groups and taught by CBL method and traditional teaching method,to compare the teaching quality of the two groups.Results:The CBL group showed good teaching effect,better theoretical and clinical ability than the control group,and the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method can improve the quality of teaching.
