Exploration on the Teaching of Theory and Experiment Courses of "Protein Purification Technology"

《蛋白质纯化技术》课程是大学生物学科教学中的一门较为特殊的课程,是生物学的下游技术集成,也是多学科的交叉。论文针对《蛋白质纯化技术》课程,进行了课程教学的探索与改革,构建了贴近领域前沿的开放性教学模式,由教师引导学生自主选择浸入,进行对等式的教学,帮助学生完成差异性的特色鲜明的实验自主设计。

"Protein Purification Technology" is a special course in biological teaching in university,it is the integration of biological downstream technologies and it is also a multidisciplinary intersection.In this work,the exploration and reform of the course teaching was carried out.An open teaching model close to the forefront of the field has been constructed.Guided by teachers,the students are encouraged to choose their own immersion and conducts peer teaching to help students complete the distinctive and distinctive experimental independent design.
