腹腔镜微创技术具有创伤小、伤口恢复快、病人痛苦少、美观、疗效好、并发症少的优点。要熟练掌握一项医疗技术必须进行反复的强化练习。腹腔镜技术是一门复杂的外科操作技术。在病人身上开展腹腔镜技术前需要在腹腔镜模拟训练器上进行大量的反复模拟练习。腹腔镜模拟训练器能更好地锻炼学生的三维空间感、立体方向感及手眼协调能力。通过腹腔镜模拟训练器的使用,学生能很快适应腹腔镜视野的转换,熟练掌握腹腔镜基本器械的使用,掌握基本的外科微创技能。

There are many advantages of laparoscopic minimally invasive technique,for example,less trauma,faster wound recovery,less pain,beautiful appearance,good curative effect and fewer complications.Repeated intensive exercises are necessary for mastering a medical technique skillfully.Laparoscopy is a complex surgical technique.Before laparoscopic techniques are performed on patients,a large number of repeated simulated exercises need to be performed on laparoscopic simulators.The three-dimensional sense of space,three-dimensional sense of direction and hand-eye coordination ability of students can be better exercised through the using of laparoscopic simulator,then students can quickly adapt to the conversion of laparoscopic field of vision,master the use of basic laparoscopic instruments,master basic surgical minimally invasive skills.
