新型水泵叶轮转子刚度特性与模态性能研究

摘要 设计一种新型水利模型,其叶轮转子采用端面齿啮合的连接方式。针对端面齿的存在而产生叶轮转子结构不连续的情况,对其刚度特性和模态性能进行研究,从而保证该型水泵水利模型设计合理可靠。基于新型水泵水利模型,建立一种叶轮转子端面齿啮合的基本模型,采用有限元分析方法对基本模型进行分析,确立了不同预紧力条件下叶轮转子基本模型的刚度、刚度修正系数与无量纲因子的关系。研究结论表明,当预紧力大于摆脱力时,叶轮转子采用端齿面啮合连接方式时,叶轮转子模态性能稳定。 A new type of hydraulic model is designed. The impeller rotor adopts the connection mode of the face tooth engagement. Aiming at the discontinuity of the impeller rotor structure due to the existence of the face tooth, the stiffness characteristics and modal performance are studied to ensure the design of the hydraulic model of the pump is reasonable and reliable. Based on the new pump hydraulic model, a basic model of the tooth engagement of the impeller rotor is established. The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the basic model, and the relationship between the stiffness and stiffness correction coefficient of the basic model of the impeller rotor and the dimensionless factor under different preload conditions is established. The research results show that when the pre-tightening force is greater than the escaping force, the impeller rotor adopts the end tooth surface meshing connection mode, and the impeller rotor modal performance is stable.
