摘要 介绍了涡轮增压器试验台恒温恒压供气控制系统基本组成及工作原理。利用PCD气压元件库建立了恒压供气控制系统的AMESim仿真模型,设置模型参数,对出口压力的动态特性进行仿真分析,确保该控制系统满足出口绝对压力及精度为490±10 kPa的要求。在此基础上利用PID控制器进行校正及优化分析。仿真结果表明,该控制系统能够满足出口压力恒定的要求。 This paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of the constant temperature and constant pressure air supply control system for turbocharger test bench. The AMESim simulation model of the constant pressure air supply control system is established using PCD pneumatic element library, and the model parameters are set. The dynamic characteristics of the outlet pressure are simulated and analyzed to ensure that the control system meet the requirements of the outlet absolute pressure and accuracy of 49 010 kPa. On this basis, the PID controller is used for correction and optimization analysis. Simulation results show that the control system can meet the requirement of constant outlet pressure.
