摘要
针对铸造车间在生产过程中产生的大量粉尘导致空气污染、工人工作环境恶劣等问题,利用土聚物改性普通水泥常温固化铸造粉尘的方法,结合制砖工艺要求,设计了铸造粉尘固化一体化系统。系统采用液压同步回路压制砖块,采用PLC工控板内的时间继电器来控制时间,通过继电器触发电磁铁通断电来控制电磁阀的开闭,用触摸屏可调节下料、振荡、压制等时间参数,以满足不同规格砖块工艺要求,实现全自动化粉尘固化制砖。
To solve the problems caused by the large amount of dust generated in the production process of the foundry,the air pollution, and the harsh working environment of the workers, the method of using the soil-polymer modified ordinary cement to solidify the casting dust at the same time is studied. According to the requirements of the casting dust curing, a dust curing integrated system is designed. The hydraulic synchronous circuit is used to suppress the bricks. Time relay in the industrial control board of PLC is used to control the time. The relay triggers the electromagnet to turn on and off to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. The touch screen can adjust the time parameters, such as blanking, oscillating and pressing to meet the requirements of different specifications of bricks, to realize fully automated preparation of fly ash bricks.
