摘要 为适应当前工业互联网及工业大数据的发展趋势,满足电厂发电设备智能远程运维服务的建设需求,基于LabVIEW编程技术进行了发电设备运行参数及状态数据采集技术的研究。针对电站发电设备常用的Modbus、OPC、TCP/IP和数据库等数据源,基于发电设备仿真系统的Modbus接口,研究了MODBUS TCP数据采集方法;基于仿真系统的OPC服务器,采用NI OPC客户端,研究了OPC数据采集方法;随后针对电厂现场设备和系统的数据库接口及通用TCP/IP通信接口,研究了数据库数据采集及TCP/IP数据采集方法。研究结果表明,针对电厂现场发电设备,可以统一使用LabVIEW编程技术实现对现场设备的集成数据采集,为工业物联网平台、工业互联网平台或者工业大数据分析应用的多源异构数据采集提供支持。 In order to adapt to the current development trend of industrial Internet and industrial big data, and to meet the construction requirements of intelligent remote operation and maintenance service of power plant power generation equipment, this paper studies the operation parameters and state data acquisition technology of power generation equipment based on LabVIEW programming technology. According to the Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP and database data sources commonly used in power generation equipment, based on the Modbus interface of the power generation equipment simulation system, the MODBUS TCP data acquisition method is studied. Based on the OPC server of the simulation system, the OPC data acquisition method is studied using the NI OPC client. According to the database interface of the power plant field equipment and system and the general TCP/IP communication interface, the database data acquisition and TCP/IP data acquisition methods are studied. The research results show that for power plant on-site power generation equipment, LabVIEW programming technology can be used to achieve integrated data acquisition of field devices, and support multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition for industrial IoT platform, industrial Internet platform or industrial big data analysis application.
