摘要 建立了铆钉受载力学模型,在此基础上推导了钉头和镦头所受载荷工程计算公式,分析了板厚对铆钉钉头和镦头受载影响;并通过得到的计算公式,结合有限元仿真研究了板厚对常用半圆头铆钉钉头和镦头承载能力的影响,计算结果表明:当板厚达到一定厚度时,钉头和镦头的应力才开始大幅增加;直径越大,钉头和镦头的承载能力越强。 The mechanical model of rivet under load is established, on this basis, the engineering formulas for calculating the loads on the rivet head and upsetting head are derived, the influence of plate thickness on the load of rivet head and upsetting head is analyzed. Through the obtained calculation formula and finite element simulation, the bearing capacity of semi-circular head rivet is analyzed, calculation results show that: when the plate thickness reaches a certain value, the stress of rivet head and upsetting head begins to increase substantially;rivet head and upsetting head of big rivet has stronger bearing capacity.
