摘要
通过对钣金类零件自动化生产线中的剪断折弯复合模具的凹模结构、凸模结构及模架结构的设计分析,解决了四边都有折弯要求的钣金零件在自动化生产线中滚压成型后剪断、折弯的技术问题,大大提高了生产线的自动化程度及生产效率,同时提高了零件的加工精度。
Through the design analysis of the die structure, the punch structure and the formwork structure of the shearbending composite mold in the automated production line of sheet metal parts, it is solved that the sheet metal parts with bending requirements on all four sides are rolled in the automated production line. The technical problems of shearing and bending after press forming greatly improve the automation degree and production efficiency of the production line, and improve the machining accuracy of the parts.
