摘要
目的:通过对新员工岗前培训的需要及培训质量效果进行调查研究,探索提高医院岗前培训质量的方法和途径,为优化岗前培训提供科学、可靠依据。方法:通过对2017年入职并参加岗前培训的新员工进行无记名问卷调查,了解岗前培训的需要和培训效果。结果:新员工对培训的需求与在职职工对新员工培训的需求不完全一致,从实用性来看,医院情况介绍、医患沟通技巧、医院内感染的预防与控制、核心制度、病历质量管理、竞争压力和心理对应策略、消防安全知识等实用性最强。结论:根据问卷反馈,对培训课程设置进行调整和优化,丰富培训形式,通过多种方式提高岗前培训的质量。
Objective:To explore the methods to improve the effect of the pre-service training for the new employees in hospitals,through investigating the demand and the results of the training. Methods:The demand and the results of the pre-service training for the new employees in our hospital in 2017 were assessed by anonymous questionnaire. Results:There were some discrepancies in the demand between the new employees and the administrative department. The introduction of the hospital,the physician-patient communication skills,the prevention of hospital-acquired infection,the key regime of the medical activity,the criterion of the medical documentation,the strategy to cope with the stress of competition,the information of the fire safety were the most needed. Conclusions:According to the results of the questionnaire survey, it is important to adjust and optimize the curriculums, which could further improve the training quality.
