摘要
目的:以某大型公立三甲医院睡眠医学中心建设为例,探讨精细化运营分析在学科建设规划中的应用。方法:从背景调研,空间规划、硬件投入、工作流程规划等方面进行评估,评价成立睡眠医学中心的可行性。结果:对睡眠医学中心的建设进行全面评价,并计算了预期效益与回收年限,最终形成完整的可行性评估报告提交院领导层参考决策。结论:精细化运营分析加强了科室和行政职能部门之间的沟通,便于医院管理者及时调整运营战略,实现医院的精细化管理。
Objective:To investigate the application of refined operation analysis in the discipline construction through taking the construction of a sleep medicine center in a large public grade A tertiary hospital as an example. Methods:The background,space planning,hardware investment,working process planning were analyzed,and the feasibility of establishing a sleep medicine center were analyzed. Results:Through the overall assessment for the establishment of the sleep medicine center and the calculation of the expected benefit and recovery period,a complete feasibility assessment report was formed and submitted to the hospital leadership for reference. Conclusions:Refined operation analysis strengthens the communication between the operation departments and administrative departments,which helps the hospital managers to timely adjust operation strategies and realize fine management of the hospital.
