氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗日光性角化病的临床效果观察

摘要 目的:探索氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)在日光性角化病治疗中的应用效果。方法:2012年2月-2018年12月收治日光性角化病患者40例,根据治疗方法分为两组。对照组应用常规药物治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予ALA-PDT。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且随访6个月复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ALA-PDT可促进日光性角化病皮损的消退,有效预防病情复发,且安全性高,值得推广。
