肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure

目的:回顾性研究分析肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:收治慢性肾功能衰竭诊断患者78例,分为两组,治疗组使用肾康注射液静脉滴注38例,对照组未使用肾康注射液40例,观察两组治疗前后的肝功能、肾功能、中医症候积分的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后血肌酐显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)治疗后正常,无明显不良反应。结论:肾康注射液可以明显改善肾功能,具有良好的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of shenkang injection on chronic renal failure retrospectively.Methods:78 patients with chronic renal failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The treatment group used shenkang injection intravenously in 38 cases,while the control group did not use shenkang injection in 40 cases.The changes of liver function,kidney function and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the serum creatinine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),AST and ALT were normal after treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Shenkang injection can obviously improve renal function and has good safety.
