护理风险管理在新生儿窒息复苏护理中的价值探讨

Discussion on the research of the value of nursing risk management in the newborn asphyxia resuscitation nursing

目的:探讨护理风险管理在新生儿窒息复苏护理中的价值。方法:收治经阴道分娩且1 min Apgar评分<7分的新生儿80例,分为两组,对照组按常规流程护理,干预组实施护理风险管理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:减少了5min Apgar评分<7分的窒息新生儿数,有关并发症发生率比对照组低(P均<0.05)。结论:应用护理风险管理可降低护理缺陷,为窒息新生儿的抢救争取时间。

Objective:To discuss the value of nursing risk management in the newborn asphyxia resuscitation nursing.Methods:80 newborns with vaginal delivery and 1 min Apgar score less than 7 were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the intervention group was given nursing risk management,and the effect was compared.Results:Reduced the number of asphyxiated newborns with a 5 minapgar score of less than 7,the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing risk management can reduce nursing defects and strive to time for the rescue of asphyxiated newborns.
