摘要
针对国内钢铁企业中早期建成的燃烧煤气发电机组,多采用中温中压或高温高压参数机组,此种低类型机组参数低、热效率低,煤气资源不能被高效的利用,长期运行非常不经济的情况。以江苏某钢厂为实例,提出了几种升级改造方案,并从投资成本,生产效益和运行管理等方面进行分析对比和研究。
The early built gas-combustion generators in domestic iron and steel enterprises mostly use medium temperature and medium pressure or high temperature and high pressure parameter units,such low type units have low parameters,low thermal efficiency,the gas resources can not be used efficiently and long-term operation is very uneconomical.Taking a steel plant in Jiangsu as an example,several upgrading schemes are put forward,and the investment cost,production efficiency and operation management are analyzed and compared.
