350 MW超临界锅炉低温过热器泄漏原因分析及治理

摘要 简述了350 MW超临界锅炉大比例燃用高碱金属煤种后,锅炉后竖井受热面严重沾污,导致锅炉水平低温过热器及后竖井包墙管道泄漏事件。对泄漏爆管原因进行了分析,并根据事件经验提出了防范措施,可为掺烧、燃用类似煤种的锅炉在防渣、防沾污措施方面提供参考和依据。 It is briefly described that after the supercritical boilers burnt a large proportion of coal with high alkali metal content,the heating surface of the rear shaft of the boiler was seriously contaminated,which led to the leakage of the horizontal low temperature superheater and the wall wrapped pipe of the rear shaft.This paper analyzes the causes of the leakage and tube burst,and puts forward some preventive measures based on the experience of the incident,to provide some reference and basis for slagging and contamination prevention measures of boilers adopting mixed burning or burning similar type of coal.
