提升炼钢轧钢工序中供水水质的分析及措施

摘要 基于现有供水及水处理系统,针对炼钢和轧钢工序中最近出现的供水水质问题,通过采取改变运行手段、改变药剂投加方式及投加量、不同系统工艺协同运行等方式,有效解决或预防问题发生,提升供水水质,保证生产安全、正常、稳定运行。 Based on the existing water supply and water treatment system,aiming at the recent water quality problems in the steel-making and rolling processes,the problems can be effectively solved or prevented,the water quality can be improved,the production safety,and normal and stable operation can be ensured by changing the operation means,changing the chemical dosing method and dosage and through coordinated operation of different system processes.
