摘要
某焦炉循环氨水泵在设计和生产中出现偏差,不得不采用叶轮切割方式维持生产。但运行效率非常低,仅为46.8%。运用以计算流体力学软件ANSYS-CFX为平台,利用N-S方程、RNG k-ε湍流模型、采用全隐式算法⑴,模拟不同模型泵内部流场分布,对氨水泵进行提效改造,提高效率至83%,达到了节能效果,且运行工况稳定,保证了焦炉正常生产。
Because of the deviation in the design and production of a coke oven circulating ammonia pump,the impeller cutting method had to be adopted to maintain the production,but the operation efficiency was as low as only 46.8%.Using the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS-CFX as the platform,and using the N-S equation,RNG k-εturbulence model and full implicit algorithm to simulate the internal flow field distribution of different model pumps to improve the efficiency of ammonia pump,the efficiency has been increased to 83%,which has achieved energy-saving effect and stable operation conditions and ensured the normal production of coke oven.
