摘要
在当前生产用水供水紧张,节水减排要求更高的情况下,玉溪新兴钢铁有限公司改造原有污水回用处理系统;在提升原处理系统设备运行功效的同时,对整个厂区的工业废水、生产供水及回用水采用“分质回收、梯级用水、分质供水”的运行管理措施,大大提升了污水再生利用能力,降低了生产用水成本。
Under the current situation of tight production water supply and higher requirements for water conservation and emission reduction,Yuxi Xinxing Steel renovated the original sewage recycling treatment system.While improving the operation efficiency of the original treatment system equipment,the operation management measures of“quality recycling,cascade water supply and quality water supply”were adopted for the industrial wastewater,production water supply and recycling water in the whole plant area,which has greatly improved wastewater recycling capacity and reduced production water cost.
