On the Construction of Yichang’ Ecological Civilization under the Guidance of Three-ecology Strategy

为满足宜昌水环境调节区等重要生态环境功能,弥补高质量发展过程中雾霾与黑臭等生态环境短板,建设美丽宜昌,提出“生态制度完善-生态治理有效-生态环境安全”指引的宜昌生态文明示范市创建“三生”战略.针对“三生”方面存在的主要差距,研究提出建章设制,立规矩谋长远,生态治理补小康短板,标本兼顾维护生态环境安全的创建之路.

In order to meet the demand of the important ecological functions as the Water Environmental Regulation Zone,to make up for the shortcomings of smog and water pollution in the process of high-quality development,and lay the foundation for building a beautiful demonstration city,Yichang’s ecological civilization was constructed under the guidance of the three-ecology strategy,that is the improvement of ecological system,the effective ecological governance and the security of ecological environment.
