关于我国校园足球师资培养的思考

On the Cultivation of the Campus Football Teachers

本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对我国校园足球师资培养中的问题进行了研究.发现,随着校园足球的迅速开展,各省市对于校园足球教师的重视程度逐渐增加,同时各种形式的校园足球师资培训陆续出现,但是在数量和质量上,依然无法满足当下校园足球开展的需求.研究认为,在现有培训条件下应该完善培训机制,改革培养机制,建立保障机制和绩效制度.

The problems of the cultivation of the campus football teachers have been studied by literature review and logical analysis.It is found that,with the rapid development of campus football,the attention of various provinces and cities to campus football teachers has gradually increased,and various forms of campus football teacher training have appeared successively,but the quantity and quality still cannot meet the current needs of campus football development.It is suggested that the training mechanism should be improved,the cultivation mechanism should be reformed and the mechanisms of guarantee and performance should be established.
