床旁健康教育视频在经皮肾镜取石术围手术期的应用

Study on the Bedside Education Video Application during the Perioperative Period of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

目的针对经皮肾镜取石术患者制作并应用围手术期床旁健康教育视频,以提高健康教育效果、提升护理工作效率,促进患者康复。方法选取2018年3—11月收治于广西壮族自治区人民医院泌尿外科拟行经皮肾镜取石术的93例住院患者作为研究对象。按入院时间分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组使用床旁触控媒体实施视频点播形式的健康教育。比较两组健康教育效果、患者满意度、健康教育耗时及患者术后住院天数等。结果观察组首次健康教育后健康知识得分、住院期间健康信念和健康行为得分、患者健康教育满意度得分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组健康宣教频次、耗时和患者术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将自制健康教育视频应用于经皮肾镜取石术围手术期患者的床旁健康教育,可显著提高健康教育效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To make and apply bedside health education videos during the perioperative period for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy,so as to improve the effect of health education,nursing efficiency and promote rehabilitation of patients.Methods 93 patients admitted to the Urology Department of The People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March to November 2018,who intended to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy,were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=43)according to the admission time.Conventional health education method was used in the control group,while health education by bedside touch media in the form of video on demand was used in the observation group.The effect of health education,patients’satisfaction,time for health education and hospital stay after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,health belief and health behavior during hospitalization and patients’satisfaction with health education in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the frequency,time of health education and hospitalization stay in the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made health education video to bedside health education on patients during the perioperative period of percutaneous nephrolithotomy can significantly improve the health education effect and promote patients’rehabilitation.
