中青年2型糖尿病患者心理弹性与社会支持相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Psychological Resilience and Social Support for Young and Middle-aged Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的调查中青年2型糖尿病患者心理弹性与社会支持的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年2—8月收治于南昌大学第二附属医院内分泌科的18~59岁中青年2型糖尿病住院患者作为研究对象,采用中文版心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果共调查2型糖尿病患者200例,平均年龄(44.17±9.56)岁,平均病程(6.30±5.12)年。200例患者的心理弹性总分为(60.87±11.25)分,社会支持总分为(41.38±10.14)分,其中主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度3个维度得分依次为(24.06±5.51)分、(10.04±3.92)分和(7.29±2.10)分;心理弹性得分与社会支持总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论中青年2型糖尿病患者的心理弹性和社会支持均处于中等水平,且两者呈正相关。医护人员应重视和充分利用患者的社会支持,改善和提高患者的心理弹性水平,以期最大的限度减轻长期疾病对患者日常生活和社会心理的负面影响。

Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological resilience and social support in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods Young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged from 18 to 59,who were admitted to the Endocrine Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February to August 2018,were selected by convenient sampling method as the research subjects.The Chinese version of the Psychological Resilience Scale and the Social Support Rating Scale were used for investigation.Results A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated,with an average age of(44.17±9.56)and an average disease course of(6.30±5.12)years.The total score of psychological resilience of the 200 patients was(60.87±11.25);the total score of social support was(41.38±10.14),of which subjective support,objective support and utilization of support were(24.06±5.51),(10.04±3.92)and(7.29±2.10)in three dimensions respectively.The score of psychological resilience was positively correlated with the total score of social support and scores of all dimensions(P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological resilience and social support of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are at a moderate level,and they are positively correlated.Medical staff should pay attention to and make full use of the patients’social support,improve and enhance the patients’psychological resilience level,in order to minimize the negative impact of long-term disease on patients’daily life and social psychology.
