摘要 为实现在整车开发前期对发动机激励的整车噪声进行预测,提出缸压试验与发动机多体动力学仿真相结合的方法,实现了发动机阶次激励力的模拟。以某车型为研究对象,通过建立搭载发动机阶次激励力的整车有限元模型,进行强迫分析,实现基于发动机激励的整车结构噪声预测并运用试验验证了该方法的有效性。针对预测结果显示的发动机高转速时整车噪声突出的问题,融合TPA和ODS分析,提出了在右驱动轴增加阻尼器的优化方案,使问题噪声得到较明显改善。 In order to predict the vehicle noise based on engine excitation in early stage of vehicle development,a method combining cylinder pressure test with engine multi-body dynamics simulation was proposed to realize the simulation of engine order excitation force.Taking a sample car as the research object,the finite element model of this car was established with engine order excitation force and the forced analysis was conducted for the prediction of vehicle noise.The validity of this method was verified by experiments.Aiming at the problem revealed by the prediction that vehicle noise was prominent at high engine speed,the optimization scheme,adding the damper to the right drive shaft,was put forward based on the combination of TPA and ODS analysis.The optimization results show that the object noise is obviously improved.
