摘要
结合某车厂对汽车转向灯的功能需求,分析并比较不同车灯LED驱动电路的特点,给出低成本的电路方案。系统总结了LED照明驱动的主要回路,基于驱动芯片TPS92638设计一款LED转向灯,详细论述驱动电路的整个设计过程,给出具体的设计参数。利用驱动芯片的引脚功能,设计热保护功能,实现保护功能器件的目的;利用芯片的保护管脚设计输出开路保护和输入防反接的保护功能,验证了保护功能的有效性,使驱动电源能达到实际的使用要求。
Combined with a car factory for the car lights in the turn lamp functional requirements,the characteristics of different light emit diode(LED)driving circuits of vehicle lights were analyzed and compared,and a low-cost circuit scheme was given.The main circuit of LED lighting drive was systematically summarized.Based on driver chip TPS92638,an LED turn lamp was designed.The whole design process of the driving circuit was discussed in detail,and the specific design parameters were given.Using the pin function of the driver chip,the thermal protection function was designed to realize the purpose of protective functional device.The protection function of output open-circuit protection and input anti-reverse connection was designed by using the protection pin of the chip,which verified the effectiveness of the protection function and made the driving power supply meet the actual use requirements.
