摘要
用新型测高智能换极划线定位系统取代原更换阳极时手工粉笔划线定位模式,在同等操作环境下,不但提高了工人的作业效率,减短了工人作业时间,更有效的降低了工人的劳动强度,体现在指标上为阳极电流分布稳定,电解槽运行状态较好,主要表现为电流效率增加0.1%,电解槽运行平均电压降低20~30 mv。
Under the same operating environment,replacing the manual chalk marking and positioning mode when replacing the anode with a new type of height measuring intelligent positioning system improves the working efficiency of workers,reduces the working time of workers,and effectively reduces the labor intensity of work-ers,which is reflected in the stable distribution of anode current and the better running state of electrolyzer,and mainly manifested in the current efficiency increasing by 0.1%and the average operating voltage of electro-lyzer reducing by 20~30 mv.
