石人沟铁矿35kV变电站无人值守自动化系统设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对石人沟铁矿35 kV变电站设备、软件相对比较老旧,解决人工手动操作的弊端,升级改造为综合自动化控制变电站;同时变电站增加视频监控系统,安装火灾自动报警系统与排风机自动控制系统。实现了分层分布式综合自动化管理,在技术上保证了无人值守变电站的供电可靠性,满足了安全供电的管理要求,变电站内日常值班人数减少了4人,实现了改造效益最大化目标。同时通过与监控系统、火灾自动报警系统与排风机自动控制系统的配合使用,对变电站内各种情况实时监测、及时报警,消除了安全隐患。 In view of the relatively old equipment and software of 35 kV substation in Shi Ren-gou Iron Mine,the disadvantages of manual operation are solved,and the substation is upgraded to an integrated automatic con-trol.At the same time,video monitoring system is added to the substation,and automatic fire alarm system and exhaust fan control system are installed.It realizes the layered and distributed integrated automation management,guarantees the reliability of power supply of unattended substation in technology,meets the management require-ments of safe power supply,reduces the number of daily duty in substation by 4 persons,and achieves the goal of maximizing the benefit of transformation.At the same time,by cooperating with monitoring system,fire auto-matic alarm system and exhaust fan automatic control system,real-time monitoring and timely alarming of vari-ous situations in the substation are achieved,thus eliminating potential safety hazards.
