京津冀协同发展不仅是经济协同更是文化协同。而文化协同发展需要通过文化协同治理来实现,文化协同治理则基于京津冀文化协同治理体系的构建。京津冀文化协同治理体系由主体、客体和方式系统构成,治理体系多元化。治理体系的策略应涵盖政府、市场和社会三个层面。

The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is not only economic but also cultural.The coordinated development of culture needs to be realized through the coordinated governance of culture.The coordinated governance of culture is based on the construction of the coordinated governance system of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural cooperative governance system is composed of subject,object and mode system,and the characteristics of cultural governance system are more diverse.Fi-nally,the strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural cooperative governance system should cover three levels:government,market and society.
