陇南小麦条锈菌夏孢子的周年动态变化规律 被引量:7

摘要 为明确陇南小麦条锈菌夏孢子的周年动态变化情况,运用孢子捕捉仪及TaqMan RT-qPCR(TaqMan real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction)方法,对2018年3月-2019年3月陇南空气中的夏孢子浓度进行周年动态监测,同时利用全自动小型气象监测仪记录温度、相对湿度和降雨情况,分析了夏孢子周年动态规律及其与气象因子之间的关系。结果表明,小麦条锈菌夏孢子数量在2018年4月11日、5月16日和6月6日出现了3个峰值;7月至10月,只能检测到零星夏孢子;11月至翌年2月,没有捕捉到夏孢子;翌年3月6日初次检测到少量夏孢子,3月13日夏孢子数量呈明显增加的趋势,且空气中的夏孢子密度与相对湿度呈极显著负相关(P<0.001)。 To understand the annual dynamic of urediniospore of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici in Longnan, Gansu Province,the annual dynamic of urediniospore concentration in air was monitored by spore trap and TaqMan RT-qPCR(TaqMan real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction) from March 2018 to March 2019. Meanwhile, the temperature, relative humidity, and precipitation were recorded by automatic meteorological monitor. The relationship between annual dynamic of urediniospores and meteorological factors was analyzed. The results showed that there were three peaks of urediniospore number during the growing period of wheat on April 11 th, May 16 th and June 6 th, 2018;a little urediniospore were detected from July to October;no urediniospore were captured from November to February;the first detected of urediniospore was on March 6 th, 2019, and the number of urediniospore increased significantly on March 13 th. There is a significantly negative correlation between the density of urediniospore in air and the relative humidity(P<0.001).
