摘要
【目的】研究茉莉酸(JA)信号途径在花香的形成及释放中的作用。【方法】以‘西伯利亚’百合(Lilium ‘Siberia’)为试验材料,通过RACE技术克隆得到了丙二烯环化酶基因(allene oxide cyclase,AOC),并将其命名为LsAOC。【结果】该基因全长741bp,编码246个氨基酸,与麝香百合和岷江百合的序列极为相似。在不同花期与器官中基因相对表达量存在差异。在花朵不同开放阶段,盛开期表达量最低,在其他3个时期表达量无显著差异。LsAOC在内花被片、叶片、子房和外瓣中的表达水平较高。【结论】AOC基因可能通过JA信号途径在花朵发育中发挥调控作用。
【Objective】This study aimsto reveal the role of jasmonic acid(JA)signaling pathway in the formation and release of floral scent.【Methods】In this study,the AOC gene in Lilium‘Siberia’was cloned by RACE(rapid amplification of cDNA ends)technology and named of LsAOC.【Results】The total length of LsAOC was 741 bp,which encoded 246 amino acid residues,and was similar to the sequence in L.longiflorumand L.regale.At the different development stages and organs of the flower,LsAOCexhibited different expression levels.Among four flowering stages,The lowest expression level appeared at the full flowering stage.The expression levels did not present significant difference among other 3 stages.higher expression levels of LsAOC were found in the inner petal,leaf,ovary,and outer petal.【Conclusion】LsAOC may play a role in flower development viaJA signaling pathway.
