人工智能技术正在飞速发展,智能世界触手可及,目前全世界范围内已经出现形态各异的智能机器人,给人类带来全新的生活方式,但我国现行法律没有承认智能机器人具有民事主体资格,智能机器人的出现及迅速发展对民事主体的现行法律规定带来诸多挑战。赋予高级别智能机器人智慧型工具人格以及民事主体地位的设想可以进一步丰富和完善我国民事主体制度。

As artificial intelligence(AI)technology is developing rapidly,the smart world is at your fingertips.Various kinds and shapes of intelligent robots have appeared worldwide,bringing in a new way of life for human beings.However,since the current law in China does not recognize the civil subject qualification of intelligent robots,the emergence and rapid development of the intelligent robots create many challenges to the legal profession.The idea of giving high-level intelligent robots intelligent tool personality and civil subject status is believed to further enrich and improve China's civil subject system.
