摘要 郑州奥林匹克体育中心体育场外罩棚四周立面桁架为单支点铰接片式桁架柱结构,最大长度达29. 6m,最大单片重达25. 3t。结合现场实际情况,采用大型履带式起重机吊装,底部采用胎架临时支撑,桁架上部采用2根钢丝绳临时固定,由手拉葫芦配合钢丝绳调整桁架位置。使用高精度全站仪测量桁架实时三维坐标,作为桁架位置调整的依据。根据模拟焊接过程和有限元分析软件计算结果来确定校正用三维坐标,用以指导桁架测量定位。 The vertical truss around the outdoor shed of Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center stadium is a single fulcrum articulated sheet truss column structure with a maximum length of 29. 6 m and a maximum single weight of 25. 3 t. According to the actual situation on the spot,the large crawler crane is used to hoist the truss,the bottom is supported temporarily by the support,the upper part of the truss is fixed temporarily by two wire ropes,and the position of the truss is adjusted by the hand hoist and the wire rope. High precision total station is used to measure real-time three-dimensional coordinates of truss,which is the basis of truss position adjustment. According to the simulation welding process and the calculation results of finite element analysis software,the three-dimensional coordinates for correction are determined to guide the measurement and positioning of truss.
