深孔巨桩具有良好的承载力和沉降性能。由于其体积巨大及所处环境特殊,深孔巨桩温度控制是工程管理的一个重点和难点。从温升峰值控制、温差控制、降温控制方面分析巨桩温控重点、难点,介绍巨桩温控管理现状,详细阐述巨桩温控关键施工技术,包括优化配合比、入模温度控制、保温措施等。
Deep-hole giant piles have good bearing capacity and settlement performance. Because of its huge volume and special environment,temperature control of deep-hole giant piles is a key and difficult point in engineering management. The key points and difficulties of temperature control for giant piles are analyzed from the aspects of peak temperature control,temperature difference control and temperature reduction control. The current situation of temperature control management for giant piles is introduced.The key construction technologies of temperature control for giant piles are elaborated in detail,including optimizing mix proportion,temperature control for injection moulding and thermal insulation measures.
