成都城市音乐厅采用大跨度异形曲面声学天花,由GRG极、镀钛不锈钢管、亚克力板等多种异形装饰组合构造而成,其空间放样难度大、构造节点复杂、交接面众多、安装精度要求高。针对工程特点,对大型声学装饰天花施工安装的重点、难点进行分析,并提出有针对性的解决方案。

The Chengdu City Concert Hall is constructed of long-span special-shaped curved acoustic ceiling,which is composed of GRG board,titanium plated stainless steel pipes,acrylic boards and other special-shaped decorative combinations.The space layout is difficult,the structural joints are complex,the interface is large,and the installation accuracy is high.According to the engineering characteristics,the key and difficult points of large-scale acoustical decorative ceiling construction and installation are analyzed,and targeted solutions are put forward.
