Design and Protection of New Built High-speed Railway Undercrossing Expressway

通过工程实例,对新建高速铁路下穿既有高速公路立交设计进行了介绍,从高速铁路下穿高速公路的立交设计原则、工程概况、平纵横断面设计、建筑限界、安全设施设计、框构设计与施工组织、高速公路的施工倒改、接地和接触网防护措施等方面对立交设计进行了阐述,本类立交设计的重点是:公路跨线桥跨越铁路段落为直线或大半径曲线;铁路建筑限界标准的掌握;公路跨线桥设置防撞护栏、防落网和异物检测网;桥涵施工与既有高速保通的施工组织;接地等安全设施设计。

This paper introduces the design of new built high-speed railway undercrossing the existing expressway overpass through the engineering cases,and sets forth the design of overpass from the design principle of overpass of high-speed railway undercrossing expressway,the engineering situation,the horizontal and vertical section design,the building line,the safety facility design,the frame structure design and construction organization,the expressway construction,the grounding and overhead line system protection measures.The key points of this overpass design are the section of highway overpass crossing railway as a straight line or large-radius curve,the control of railway building line standard,the highway overpass installed with the anti-collision fence,anti-drop net and foreign object detection net,the construction organization of bridge culvert construction and the existing expressway traffic,and the design of safety facilities of grounding and so on.
