基于NC-UHPC的空心板梁铰缝快速加固修复技术的应用与实践 被引量:4

摘要 结合超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的材料抗裂性能及变形韧性强的特点,采用常温养护型超高性能混凝土(NC-UHPC)作为铰接空心板梁铰缝病害的快速修复技术材料,设计了铰缝修复方案;并以上海S19高速公路江家浜桥为示范工程开展了该技术的工程应用及实桥荷载试验。工程应用及荷载试验结果表明,该技术方案相比常规早强混凝土铰缝修复技术大幅减轻上部结构恒载负担,施工方便快捷;实桥荷载试验表明,该技术方案加固的结构刚度和整体性优于预期,在铰缝快速修复工程中有广阔的应用前景。 Combined with the material anti-cracking ability and the high deformation tenacity characteristic of the ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC),the normal temperature curing ultrahigh performance concrete(NC-UHPC)is used as the material of rapid repair technology for the hinge joints of the hinged hollow slab girder.The repair scheme of hinge joints is designed.And taking Shanghai S19 Expressway Jiangjiabang Bridge as an example,the engineering application and bridge load test of this technology are carried out The results of engineering application and load test show that this technical scheme can greatly reduce the dead load of superstructure compared with the conventional early strength concrete hinge joint repair technique,and the construction is convenient and efficient The load test of real bridge shows that the rigidity and integrality of the reinforced structure are better than expected by this technical scheme,and this scheme has a wide application prospect in the rapid repair construction of hinge joints.
