“一带一路”沿线国家国际组织总部时空分布研究

Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Headquarters of National International Organizations along the Belt and Road

基于国际协会联盟的统计数据,利用Python语言数据采集手段和ArcGIS数据可视化方法,对国际组织总部在“一带一路”沿线国家的时空分布情况进行分析研究。结果表明:①1905—2014年“一带一路”沿线国际组织总部数量逐年增加,2017年占国际组织总部总数的11.25%。②分布在“一带一路”沿线的国际组织总部多为NGOs,IGOs总部数量相对较少。③国际组织的等级越高,总部在“一带一路”沿线分布越少,国际组织总部数量“国际组织联盟<世界性国际组织<洲际性国际组织<地区性的国际组织”。未来“一带一路”沿线需吸纳更多的国际组织总部落户,在更深层次上开展国际合作。

Based on the data of Union of International Associations,this paper analyzed and studied the spatial and temporal distribution of international organization headquarters in countries along the Belt and Road,by using the Python language data collection method and ArcGIS data visualization method.The results showed that:①The number of international organization headquarters along the Belt and Road increased from 1905 to 2014,accounting for 11.25%of the whole international organization headquarters in 2017.②The international organization headquarters along the Belt and Road mostly were NGOs,and the number of IGOs headquarters was relatively small.③The international organization headquarters distributed along the Belt and Road were mostly non-government international organizations.The higher the level of international organizations,the less headquarters were distributed along the Belt and Road.In the future,more international organization headquarters should be incorporated along the Belt and Road,so that international cooperation could be developed at a deeper level.
