丙肝患者ACKR1多态性与肝纤维化及肝损伤的相关性研究

Correlation between ACKR1 polymorphism and liver fibrosis and liver injury in patients with hepatitis C

目的研究ACKR1多态性与HCV患者肝纤维化及肝损伤的相关性。方法招募245名患有慢性HCV感染的患者参与研究,使用TaqMan探针方法进行ACKR1多态性分析,同时收集患者肝纤维化和肝功能指标。通过对比不同ACKR1基因型患者肝纤维化和肝功能指标来分析ACKR1多态性与HCV患者肝纤维化及肝损伤的相关性。结果通过比较FY^*A/FY^*A与FY^*A/FY^*B基因型患者血常规及血液生化指标发现,除了ALT及AST/ALT外,其余指标2组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05);比较不同基因型患者肝纤维化指标及Fibroscan检测结果发现2组间各指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论HCV患者肝纤维化进程不受ACKR1多态性影响,但肝损伤程度可以被ACKR1调控,携带有FY^*A等位基因对肝损伤有一定保护作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between ACKR1 polymorphism and liver fibrosis and liver injury in HCV patients.Methods We recruited 245 patients with chronic HCV infection to participate in the study,using the TaqMan probe method for ACKR1 polymorphism analysis and collecting the liver fibrosis and liver function indicators.The correlation between ACKR1 polymorphism and liver fibrosis and liver injury in HCV patients was analyzed by comparing liver fibrosis and liver function indexes in patients with different ACKR1 genotypes.Results By comparing the blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of patients with FY^*A/FY^*A and FY^*A/FY^*B genotypes,except for ALT and AST/ALT,there were no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05);Comparing the liver fibrosis index and Fibroscan results of different genotypes,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Liver fibrosis in HCV patients is not affected by ACKR1 polymorphism,but the degree of liver injury can be regulated by ACKR1.Carrying FY^*A allele has a certain protective effect on liver injury.
