摘要
造血干细胞是一类具有自我更新及分化能力的成熟干细胞,有着维持血液系统稳态和再生的能力,其功能受到多种内外因素的调控。造血干细胞定居于骨髓低氧微环境中,依赖糖酵解途径进行能量代谢,保持其低活性氧水平。一旦造血干细胞发生铁过载等代谢失衡,低氧微环境被破坏,其功能会随之受损。雌激素能作用于造血干细胞表面的ER-α和ER-β受体,经多种细胞间信号通路影响其功能。此外,造血干细胞功能还与其衰老程度相关。本文就近年来影响造血干细胞功能相关因素的研究进展做一综述。
Hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)are mature stem cells with self-renewal and differentiation capacity, which have the ability to maintain blood system homeostasis and regeneration, while their function is regulated by various internal and external factors.HSCs are known to locate in hypoxic microenvironment of bone marrow and depend on glycolysis pathway for energy metabolism as to maintain low reactive oxygen species level. Once HSCs suffer from metabolic imbalance such as iron overload, the hypoxic microenvironment will be destroyed, their function will be impaired eventually.Estrogen can bind to ER-α and ER-β receptors on the surface of HSCs to affects their function through a variety of intercellular signaling pathways. In addition, the function of HSCs is also correlated with their aging degree. This paper reviewsresearch progress on influencing factors of the function of HSCs in recent years.
