能源植物蓖麻抗逆生理学的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 蓖麻是世界十大油料作物之一,经济价值高,抗逆性强。为了全面了解蓖麻对逆境胁迫生理响应的研究现状,从蓖麻对温度、干旱、盐碱胁迫以及金属离子毒害的生理响应4个方面进行了归纳,总结了蓖麻对这4种非生物胁迫因子的响应机理,分析了诸多生理参数(如生长、光合、渗透调节、抗氧化酶活性以及基因表达等)与胁迫因子的关联,并在此基础上提出了研究展望,认为应更多的关注蓖麻对碱性盐胁迫的生理适应机制、重要次生代谢产物对蓖麻适应胁迫环境的功能分析以及蓖麻与内生菌的互作关系。 Ricinus communis is one of the top ten oil crops in the world,it has high economic value and strong stress tolerance.In order to understand the research status of its physiological response to stress,its physiological responses to temperature,drought,salt-alkali stress and metal ion toxicity were summarized,and the response mechanisms of castor to the four abiotic stress factor were concluded.We also analyzed the relationships between many physiological parameters(such as growth,photosynthesis,osmotic adjustment,antioxidant enzyme activity and gene expression)and stress factors,and put forward the research prospects based on these status.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the physiological adaptation mechanisms of castor to alkali stress,the functional analysis of important secondary metabolites for castor in response to the stress environments,and the interactions between castor and endophyte.
