燕麦镰孢菌侵染对不同抗性青稞叶片及根系生理指标的影响 被引量:2

Fusarium avenaceum Infection: Effects on Physiological Indexes of Leaves and Roots of Naked Barley with Different Resistance

摘要 为明确抗病青稞品种‘NQK-01-03’和感病青稞品种‘甘青2号’内部及品种之间受燕麦镰孢菌侵染后引起的植株叶片和根系Pro、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量的动态变化规律,采用苗期人工接种法进行研究。结果表明:‘NQK-01-03’病叶Pro含量高于健叶,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量低于健叶;病根Pro、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量高于健根,可溶性糖含量低于健根。‘甘青2号’病叶和病根Pro、MDA含量高于健叶和健根,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量低于健叶和健根。本试验得出,Pro含量高低与青稞品种抗病性呈负相关,而可溶性蛋白含量高低与品种抗病性成呈正相关,该结果为明确燕麦镰孢菌侵染对青稞叶片和根系生理机制提供理论依据。 To identify the dynamic changes of plant leaves and roots Pro content,soluble sugar,soluble protein and MDA content caused by Fusarium avenaceum infection in the disease-resistant barley variety‘NQK-01-03’and the susceptible barley variety‘GanQing Ⅱ’,we adopted the artificial inoculation method at seedling stage.The results showed that:the Pro content in disease leaves of‘NQK-01-03’were higher than that in healthy ones,while soluble sugar,soluble protein and MDA in disease leaves were lower than that in healthy ones;and the Pro content,soluble protein and MDA in disease roots of‘NQK-01-03’were higher than those in healthy ones,while soluble sugar in disease roots were lower than that in healthy ones;meanwhile,the Pro content and MDA in disease leaves and roots of‘GanQing Ⅱ’were higher than those in healthy ones,while soluble sugar and soluble protein in disease leaves and roots were lower than those in healthy ones.There was a negative correlation between the Pro content and the resistance,and a positive correlation between soluble protein and the resistance.This study could provide a basis for clarifying physiological mechanism of F.avenaceum infection on leaves and roots of naked barley.
