血脂、肝功能及肾功能等生化指标与2型糖尿病患病风险相关性研究

Correlation between blood lipid,liver and renal functions and risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨血脂、肝功能及肾功能等生化指标与2型糖尿病患病风险的相关性.方法收集2012年至2017年间在广州市某医院的2型糖尿病患病组及健康对照组的生化指标,包括血脂、肝功能及肾功能等,分析两组间各指标的差异,并运用条件logistic回归模型分析2型糖尿病的危险因素.结果血脂指标中HDL-C(OR=0.323,95%CI:0.166~0.629)为T2DM患病的保护因素,TC(OR=1.058,95%CI:1.022~1.094)、TG(OR=1.196,95%CI:1.085~1.317)为T2DM患病的危险因素;肝功指标中,ALP(OR=1.015,95%CI:1.005~1.024)和ALT(OR=1.014,95%CI:1.003~1.025)为T2DM患病的危险因素;肾功能指标中,BUN(OR=1.170,95%CI:1.026~1.334)和UA(OR=1.010,95%CI:1.006~1.015)为T2DM患病的危险因素.结论血脂、肝功能及肾功能指标与T2DM患病风险相关.

Objective To investigate the correlation between blood lipid,liver function,renal function,and risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Blood biochemical data,including blood lipid,liver function and renal function,were collected from a group of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients and a group of healthy controls in a hospital of Guangzhou between 2012 and 2017.The differences in these data between the two groups were analyzed.Conditional logistic regression model was used to determine the risk of T2DM.Results Of blood lipids,HDL-C(OR=0.323,95% CI:0.166~0.629)is the protective factor of T2DM,while TC(OR=1.058,95% CI:1.022~1.094)and TG(OR=1.196,95% CI:1.085~1.317)are the risk factors.Of liver function parameters,ALP(OR=1.015,95%CI:1.005~1.024)and ALT(OR=1.014,95% CI:1.003~1.025)are the risk factors of T2DM.Of renal function parameters,BUN(OR=1.170,95% CI:1.026~1.334)and UA(OR=1.010,95%CI:1.006~1.015)are the risk factors of T2DM.Conclusion Blood lipids,liver and renal functions are related to risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
