半躺式母乳喂养方式对哺乳期乳房损伤和产妇满意度的干预研究

Intervention of semi-lying breast-feeding on breast injury and maternal satisfaction during lactation

目的观察半躺式母乳喂养方式对哺乳期乳房损伤和产妇满意度的干预。方法98例行产后访视的产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组49例。对照组产妇实施传统哺乳体位的母乳喂养,干预组产妇实施回归生物本能的半躺式母乳喂养。比较两组产妇产后1、2、4周乳头疼痛、乳头皲裂发生情况及哺乳依从性、哺乳满意情况。结果干预组产后1周的乳头疼痛率10.20%、乳头皲裂率4.08%均低于对照组的26.53%、16.33%,产后2周乳头疼痛率6.12%、乳头皲裂率2.04%均低于对照组的20.41%、14.29%,产后4周乳头疼痛率2.04%、乳头皲裂率2.04%均低于对照组的14.29%、14.29%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产妇的哺乳总满意率为97.96%,明显高于对照组的87.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产后1、2、4周的哺乳依从率分别为87.76%、95.92%、97.96%,均高于对照组的67.35%、73.47%、83.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在母乳喂养中采取半躺式母乳喂养方式,可明显降低哺乳期乳房损伤,提升产妇对母乳喂养的依从性,提高哺乳的满意率,效果理想。

Objective To observe the intervention of semi-lying breast-feeding on breast injury and maternal satisfaction during lactation.Methods A total of 98 maternal women with postpartum visits as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 49 cases in each group.Traditional breast-feeding position was used in the control group,and the semi-lying breast-feeding returning to biological instinct was used in the intervention group.The occurrence of nipple pain and cracked nipple at 1,2 and 4 weeks postpartum,breastfeeding compliance and breastfeeding satisfaction was compared in two groups.Results At 1 week postpartum,the nipple pain rate 10.20%and cracked nipple rate 4.08%in the intervention group was lower than 26.53%and 16.33%in the control group.At 2 weeks postpartum,the the nipple pain rate 6.12%and cracked nipple rate 2.04%in the intervention group was lower than 20.41%and 14.29%in the control group.At 4 weeks postpartum,the the nipple pain rate 2.04%and cracked nipple 2.04%was lower than 14.29%and 14.29%.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of breastfeeding was 97.96%in the intervention group was obviously higher than 87.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding compliance rate at 1,2 and 4 weeks postpartum were 87.76%,95.92%and 97.96%respectively in the intervention group,which was higher than 67.35%,73.47%and 83.67%in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Semi-lying breastfeeding position shows ideal effect in breastfeeding.It can significantly reduce breast injury during lactation,improve maternal compliance with breast-feeding and improve breast-feeding satisfaction rate.
