护理干预在重症烧伤患者中的应用分析

Application analysis of nursing intervention in patients with severe burns

目的探讨护理干预在重症烧伤患者中的应用效果.方法88例重症烧伤患者,使用抽签分组的方式分为对照组与研究组,各44例.对照组患者采用基础护理,研究组患者接受护理干预.比较两组住院时长、住院费用、护理满意度评分及护理前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平.结果护理前,两组血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组住院时长(11.33±2.31)d短于对照组的(15.38±3.91)d,住院费用(8243.54±53.57)元少于对照组的(9563.63±41.33)元,护理满意度评分(91.47±2.43)分高于对照组的(84.17±2.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论重症烧伤护理中采取护理干预,能够在补充患者基础营养能量的同时缩短患者的住院治疗时间,减轻家庭经济负担,对其预后效果具有一定的改善作用,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To discuss the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with severe burns.Methods A total of 88 patients with severe burns were divided into control group and research group according to lottery grouping method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing guidance,and research group received nursing intervention.Comparison was made on hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,nursing satisfaction score,serum albumin and hemoglobin levels before and after nursing between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in serum albumin and hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the serum albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups was higher than those before nursing,and the research group was higher than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time(11.33±2.31)d in the research group was shorter than(15.38±3.91)d in the control group,hospitalization costs(8243.54±53.57)yuan was less than(9563.63±41.33)yuan in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score(91.47±2.43)points was higher than(84.17±2.11)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the nursing of severe burns can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the family financial burden while supplementing the basic nutritional energy of patients.It has a certain improvement effect on its prognosis.It is an ideal method and is worthy of promotion.
