摘要
异步电动机大量应用于日常的生活生产中,出于环境的要求,降低异步电动机的电磁噪声十分重要。为了研究在电动汽车中异步电动机的噪声大小,采用有限元法分析异步电动机的气隙磁场,并对其进行快速傅里叶变换,得出磁场中基波与谐波分量。对比不同斜槽角度频谱分析结果,得出谐波含量最少的斜槽角度。在最佳斜槽角度的基础上,根据麦克斯韦定律计算出作用在电动机表面的电磁激振力并加载到定子表面,计算异步电动机的应力与变形。最终导入Workbench声场计算模块,计算不同激励频率下电动机的噪声情况。根据计算结果,分析变频调速中异步电动机的噪声情况。
Induction motors are widely used in the field of industry and life.It is of great importance to reduce the electromagnetic noise of induction motors due to the environmental requirements.In order to research the vibration and acoustic noise of the induction motor used in electric vehicle,the finite element method is used to compute the air-gap magnetic field of the induction motor and the spectrum of air-gap magnetic field are analyzed by fast Fourier transform(FFT),then the fundamental and harmonic magnetic potentials is obtained.By comparing the spectrum analysis results of different skew angles,the skew angle with the least harmonic content is obtained.Based on the angle of the skewed slots the electromagnetic excitation force acting on the surface of the motor is calculated according to Maxwell's law,and calculates the stress and deformation of the induction motor.Finally,the results are imported to the Workbench sound field calculation module to calculate the noise of the motor with different excitation frequencies.Based on the calculation results,the noise of an induction motor with variable frequency speed regulation can be analyzed.
