摘要
谐波问题是在电动机设计中不可回避的问题,特别是对于带有永磁体的电动机。而谐波的优化方法中最常用的就是斜槽。以一台调速永磁同步电动机为例,描述了定子斜槽的结构;解释了斜槽可以削弱谐波的原因是斜槽可以使绕组产生分布的效应;分析了斜槽对电动机空载反电势波形和齿槽转矩的优化作用;分析了斜槽对电动机过载性能和轴向电磁力的影响,斜槽使得导体与轴线不平行,产生了轴向电磁力,降低了电动机的过载能力。从上述结论中可以得出:斜槽既可以优化电动机的性能,也会使某些性能变差。设计者需要根据电动机的具体性能要求选择最佳的斜槽角度。
Harmonics are one of the unavoidable problems in motor design,especially for motors with permanent magnets.The most commonly used method of harmonic optimization is the skewed slot method.A variable-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as an example to describe the structure of the stator skewed slot.The reason why the chute can weaken the harmonics is that the skewed slot method can make the windings distributed.And the optimization of the no-load back EMF waveform and cogging torque with the skewed slot method is analyzed.The effect of the skewed slot method on the motor overload performance and axial electromagnetic force is analyzed.The skewed slot makes the conductor unparallel to the axis,which generates axial electromagnetic force and reduces the overload capacity of the motor.From the above conclusions,it can be concluded that the skewed slot method can optimize some of the performance of the motor and it can also degrade some performance.Designers need to choose the best skewed angle according to the specific performance requirements of the motor.
