企业安全文化培训效能路径研究

Approach to the efficient cultivation pathway of the enterprise safety culture

随着安全生产理念深入人心,企业安全文化主导安全生产工作的地位凸显,高效开展安全文化教育培训显得尤其重要,借鉴"新工科"跨界学习思想,探索提升企业安全文化教育培训效能的新路径、方法。通过实地调研数据深度分析提炼,参照《企业安全文化建设导则》进行比对,确定企业文化教育培训的主要影响因素,构建安全生产技术培训和安全文化建设结构模型,运用AMOS软件进行两者相关因素的有效性路径分析,得出安全文化教育培训效能与安全技术教学内容和教学方法呈现一定的正相关性,在培训方法和内容上应将安全技术培训中"植入"安全文化成分来提高安全文化培训效能。

This paper is inclined to make an exploration of a novel approach to cultivating the overlapping learning mode for"brand-new engineering discipline"so as to heighten the effectiveness of the enterprise safety culture. And for the said purpose,it is necessary to highlight the leading position of the enterprise safety culture in the actual production process and reality to popularize the concept of the production safety. Nevertheless,at the early stage of the project realization,it would be necessary to prepare and bring about a questionnaire of the safety culture and regulations of the safety technology assessment. In the questionnaire of the safety production technology assessment,the Kirkpatrick Model has been adopted. Through analysis and comparison of the surveying data,it has been made possible to determine the main influential factors of the enterprise culture training,and,then,build up the technical training plan of safe production and work out the model for safety culture cultivation. Thus,the paper has also made an analysis of the related factors of the effectiveness in this way,and then determine the principal component factors via factor analysis and the factor rotation under the help of the AMOS software. And,later,the equality of the safety culture training has been made remarkably improved through raining the overlapping crass-culture related learning factors. The safety technology training actually consists of two structural dimensions as to its influence on the cultivation of the safety culture,in which the safety awareness literacy and the safety technology training can be said very closely related to each other,with the construction of the safety environment also positively related with the training of the safety culture. Hence,the results of this paper tend to show that the 3 aspects,i. c. the safety culture,the safety technology training and the training method should be said positively correlated with each other to a certain extent. And,in turn,what we have worked out in this paper is in a position to provide both a theoretical basis and an empirical reference to the heightening of the educational training efficiency and suggectiveness of the enterprise safety culture.
