摘要
2018年对广西农业科学院花卉研究所种质资源圃收集的15种金花茶叶片炭疽病发病情况进行了系统调查,根据发病率采用聚类分析对金花茶炭疽病自然条件下的抗性进行评价。结果表明,不同种金花茶对炭疽病抗性差异较大,其发病率在4.07%~81.48%之间。根据发病率进行聚类分析,15个种的抗性水平分为5个类群:第1类群抗性最高,发病率为4.07%~5.93%,包括毛籽金花茶(Camellia ptilosperm)、弄岗金花茶(C. grandis)和顶生金花茶(C.pingguoensis);第5类群抗性最差,发病率为75.56%~81.48%,包括罗斯曼金花茶(C. rosmannii)和大叶凹脉金花茶(C. impressinervis)。根据植株形态学特征以及炭疽病的抗性水平分化分析,凹脉金花茶和显脉金花茶可能分别存在种级水平分类地位以下的分化。
Infestion of anthracnose disease on 15 golden camellia species resources leaves were investigated by random sampling method at Follower Research Institute, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The natural resistance levels of the golden Camellia species were evaluated with clustering based anthracnose disease rate. Leaf disease rates of different golden Camellia species showed significant differences with the range from 4.07% to 81.48%. Fifteen golden Camellia species were classified into 5 groups according to disease resistance levels based on clustering analysis. Group I had the highest resistance, with disease rate ranged from 4.07% to 5.93%, including 3 species of Camellia ptilosperm, C.grandis and C. pingguoensis. Group V had the highest susceptiblity, with disease rate ranged from 75.56% to 81.48%,including C. rosmannii and big leaf C. impressinervis. Based on plant morphological characteristics and difference of resistance levels to anthracnose, it was indicated that C. impressinervis and C. euphlebia should be classified into difference taxa under species level, respectively.
